Yes,
I Experimented it, for 1 month i had a really healthy balanced diet with, drinking at least 500ml of water a day, my acne went down.
Then another 1, with what i would normally eat, and it came back up

really really really true.

a diet of only fresh fruits and veggies will, but a normal diet will lots of water doesn’t get anyone very far.

Anything that you do with nutrition that is healthy for your body is going to be reflected in your skin. Water is good for the body (skin included).

However, the myths that chocolate, greasy foods, etc. cause acne are simply not true. Don’t buy into that crap.

But also, don’t try to live off of chocolate, greasy foods, etc. either. They aren’t healthy in excess, so they aren’t healthy for your skin either.

Ive read in a few different places that chocolate and greasy foods really dont give you acne, but a healthy diet and water would probably help.
