You can buy some soaps with 5% peroxide (like panoxyl 5) and they work really well, although they are very drying. Those soaps are cheap ($10 for a bar that will last months) and available at any drug store.

clean and clear has worked for me in just one day i saw results like they claim, and it isn’t expensive, but proactiv is alot more, and it just made my skin gross and didn’t help…same with alot of people i know…

Proactive worked for me a little bit, same with neutrogena. If you have extremely bad acne then i would see a dermatologist.
