acne diet
My acne is not too bad but I would still die for perfect skin (especially since I’m going to Costa Rica soon and would really love it if I didn’t have to wear make-up)! Any foods which might be causing my acne which I can easily cut out?

Soda, chocolate, sugar and greasy foods.

Remove chocolate from your diet, things will improve

Highly processed foods with preservatives. Meat especially.

Greasy and fried foods, fatty meats such as beef and ham, cheese, butter, processed foods, refined sugar, and junk food will make acne worse. Fruits and vegetables are good for your skin. Make-up will also make you break out because it clogs your pores. Wash your face with a cleanser that has Benzoil peroxide or salicylic acid.
