I ordered some of the make-up and eye cream and now I have decided that I no longer want these things.
How do i cancel my order?
Do I have to ring them up or do I have to wait for the package to get here for me to send it back?
Will I get my money back on my credit card?

You can call them or do it online. If you are trying to get your purchase credited back to your credit card, I would call and speak to a representative.
