Its the weirdest thing, but I have like these 2 red, dry patches on each side of my face. I don’t have any pimples or anything. Its just blemishes.My face would be clear if I got rid of these. How do I get rid of blemishes?

P.s. My friends face is completely clear and I asked her what she used on it and she said that once in a while she’ll use rubbing alcohol then after that she puts on cocoa butter. Does that also help?
