Acne Tips #1 - Sleep is critical for acne treatment
Hands down, sleep definitely has a huge impact on acne treatment. The most obvious one is that sleep can manage your hormonal balance. Sleep is easily one of the best solution to reduce stress. Lesser stress means better control of hormones level. Another thing is that lack of sleep can cause inflammation.

Inflammation can cause initial seemingly harmless comedone to turn into hideous pimple. Last thing about sleeping is that it will repair your body. Proper functioning of body will clean all toxins out of your body, hence your liver can make better on controlling your hormones level. With so much benefits sleep can do to your body, why are you still reading? Switch off our computer, get your butt on your bed, crunch on to your pillow and SLEEP (joking, please read on)!

Acne Tips #2 - Keep your hands off your face

One thing that I noticed with most people who have problem controlling the cravings to “pop” their pimple is that, they always have a bad habit of touching their face for no reasons. Often, once they touch the lesion on their face, they will be tempted to go and “pick” on it. They always tell themselves “just one, just one!”. Well after the first “pop”, they will go on with, “last one, last one!”. But the “last one” never ends  ......................

For acne free sake, please avoid touching your face if possible. Our hands is full of oil and bacteria that will only worsen our acne lesion and make the infection worst.

Acne Tips #3 - Watch your environment

If you think that controlling diet, lifestyle and treatment will get rid of acne, than you are WRONG! Our environment also can affects acne and of course, our general health. You only eat 3-6 times a day, but you breath in and out every seconds. If your environment is full of polluted air, than you will have a hard time expelling toxins off your body. Always try to stay in a healthy and green environment, especially when you are exercising.
