A pimple appear when the pores gets block, with bacteria, sebum and white blood cells inside the blocked pores. Pimple is also call as pustule, or zit. Out of all the acne types, pimple is definitely the most tempting one for people to squeeze.

Even if you have many pimples on your face, you do not have to worry about scarring if proper treatment is taken. However, squeezing, or popping of pimple can easily cause potential scarring.

Pimple can be identified as an acne lesion that contains white substance in it, the white substance is also known as pus. Pimple is slightly more serious than papule, and the difference the two is that pimple has a pus(which makes it tempting to squeeze), whereas papule does not have a pus.

STOP "Poping" Pimple!

Though tempting to do so, squeezing pus out of a pimple is NOT the right thing to do. I know you are tired of hearing this, but it is a HARD FACT!

The difference between someone who squeeze a pimple and someone who does not could well be someone who will be stick with scars and pimple for the rest of his/her life and someone who will be acne free with a clean and clear face.

Never think that squeezing pimple using your hands would clear it away. It will NOT, and in fact, the bacteria in your hands would only further infect your skin and worsen your pimple condition. When you squeeze a pimple, you will push bacteria further in your skin. This can easily cause severe acne like cystic acne, where the pus and bacteria is in-depth the skin, not only making treatment difficult, but also gives you an awful look.
